Karma...                               "O God, if there is a God, save my soul, if I have a soul!"        Ernest Renan

This notion is bewildering, but has the merit of providing an interesting model.

We are on earth to experiment and progress in our evolution. All missed experiences lead us to repeat our life, to be confronted again with our problems until we solve them. An individual may thus make no headway during a lot of existences before he becomes aware of his problem!

The important thing,  in the reincarnation point of view, is not to know if we have previously been a prince or a despot,  but rather to understand how we have been able to reach that point.  And to find the solution to make progress...

Destiny...                                            "He knows the universe and does not know himself."         Jean de la Fontaine

What freedom have we got left in front of our Destiny? Man can  use Astrology to guide his reflection but remains free to decide. Karmic Astrology however seems to indicate that if we make bad choices, our progress will then be long and tedious! Freedom would thus concern the speed of our evolution...

Astrology helps to manage this evolution: we can go through periods of great luck without  taking advantage of them if we are neither ready nor aware of them, thus squandering this present of the stars. Conversely,  in a less happy period, we can limit the damage and evolve spiritually.

We would all have a specific role, affording some advantages (symbolized by the harmonious aspects of the native chart)  but  also bringing handicaps. As in a game of role, it will be necessary to use our good points to pass our tests. Some will only wander and will have without doubt to experience it all again.

If it  seems difficult to be right all our life long, we can however hope for an interesting progress.

Are there answers to precise & material questions?

It is necessary to accept our destiny, which is not our brother's nor our neighbor's destiny. Once we agree with our role, we musn't wait, nor hope for some miraculous reversal, nor revolt against apparent injustice.

It is also necessary  to keep an interest in our daily life! Nothing is ever completely played: stars only give us inclinations... Because we are also the result of our actions, we must plow on with our furrow, impassively, despite possible sudden storms.

Happiness...             "Become the man you really are!"          F. Nietzsche

This state of very particular harmony would require several conditions:
- To have understood our role
- To have accepted this role
- To play this role

Solar Revolution...       "To know others is wisdom, to know ourself  is even greater wisdom..."  Lao-Tseu

It is a special chart, established for the time when the Sun goes exactly over its natal position.
Its interpretation gives an idea of the "climate" of  the year to come and  allows a finer "navigation".

Each  year, we would thus be given a new chance to explore a particular facet of our personality.

Unconscious...   "Gnôthi seauton/ Know yourself..."  Sentence engraved on the temple of Delphes, adopted by Socrat

Events of our daily life would only be the expression of our unconscious trying to reveal itself. Crouched and invisible, it runs even our lesser acts. You can fear it, you can try to control it, but you won't escape it.

Thinking about its manifestations may lead us to discover our deep motivations... and to make a success of our life.

Chart...                                                               "Everything is in everything."     Anaxagore

A chart is like a signature of all the cosmic influences that have been imprinted on us at birth.

Its graphic composition is meaningful and can be interpreted as a painting, with its drawings, its associations, its lacks or its excesses,  its analogies... It creates emotions that can be analyzed.

Dissonances and obstacles...             "What do I know?"      Michel de Montaigne

There are some "dissonant" aspects betweens the planets:

  • a square generally points out a dissociation that needs to be cleared  up, sometimes abruptly,
  • while an opposition often indicates an internal conflict, workink alternately, prioritizing one pole after the  other. Oppositions are thus more difficult to overcome.
Planetary Transits...                                     "If Man is free, then God isn't..."     R. Descartes

Planets are mobile and continue to cover the zodiac after the birth of the subject. They come back regularly on the positions they had in the natal chart. These sensitive points reactivate the potentialities of the native chart. They may also raise obstacles on the path of the subject. Or  iron out difficulties. The script of the chart must be realized...
